It’s a big shopping weekend in Oklahoma as the annual sales tax holiday kicks off Friday morning. Through Sunday at midnight, certain clothes and shoes are exempt from sales tax, making it a perfect weekend to shop for back-to-school. Each item must be less than $100 to remain tax free. Athletic shoes, athletic clothing, accessories, electronics and school supplies are not exempt.
