The event will have fresh Turtle’s Cookies, popcorn, ice-cold water, balloons, give-away items, Halloween safety kits for the kids and a complimentary LED Bulb. You can receive a Portable Light Switch in exchange for a Public Power Fact, (see display at city hall), and a drawing for Chamber Bucks!
