Two arrests were made after a report of an intoxicated female walking into an apartment.
29-year-old Kristina Davis was made to leave, but later arrested on city warrants and a new charge of resisting arrest. Also arrested was 36-year-old James Burris on city warrants and a felony warrant.
The incident occurred Monday in the 1000 block of South 9th Street in Ponca City.
