PONCA CITY – Washington Prekindergarten Center held an attendance competition this year. Mrs. Soutter’s class won with the most perfect days of whole class attendance. Their reward was a trip to the donut shop for donut holes and juice and a visit to the football field, to kick a football to the goal post.
