STILLWATER – A 26-year-old Stillwater Man is being accused of using a false identity at a traffic stop last month. A young man entered the Payne County District Court on May 16 and attempted to convince staffers that he had been incorrectly identified as a person who was arrested three days earlier on suspicion of DUI. The man arrested didn’t have his license, and said that his name was Kobe Gaines. It was three days later where officers found out the suspect’s name was Andre Gaines, who is Kobe’s older brother.
