PONCA CITY – The Ponca City Main Street Organization recently posted a statement on Tuesday afternoon involving the weather concerns for Goblins on Grand scheduled for this evening.
As of 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning, the National Weather Service in Norman says that rain remains likely for the Ponca City area Thursday evening with chilly temperatures down around 39 degrees overnight. Goblins on Grand takes months to plan with the help of over 100 volunteers, changing date is not an options. The decision will be made by 2 p.m. this afternoon as to whether Goblins on Grand will go on or be cancelled.
