Tonight’s Goblin’s On Grand event in downtown Ponca City has been cancelled because of the weather conditions. Chelsea McConnel, Executive Director for Ponca City Main Street, informed us of the decision this morning.
McConnel also shared the possibility of another Trick or Treat type event being scheduled for early next week. We’ll update you as soon as a final decision has been made.
