The City of Blackwell made the announcement Friday morning that ALL Blackwell parks’ playground equipment are CLOSED from play and off-limits as of today, March 27, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The walking trails at the Blackwell parks will remain open, and the City encourages walking and exercise, with the practice of safe social distancing.
