Claude Gayle Cassady, 42, is facing a charge with a felony count of lewd molestation in the Kay County District Court.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 22, and a bond was set at $75,000 before being reduced to $35,000 on the condition that Cassady had no contact with the victim. Cassidy is accused of molesting a teenager on at least four different occasions. he was hired as a Blackwell Police Officer in July 2019, and then hired as a Fort Oakland Police Officer.
Cassady is no longer with Fort Oakland Police. An initial appearance is set for May 29 at 9 a.m.
