More information has been released by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol involving a drowning incident that occurred just before 5 p.m. Saturday on Skiatook Lake at Tallchief Cove in Osage County.
A 17-year-old male juvenile from Honduras was swimming at beach boundary line. The juvenile was seen struggling in 5 1/2 foot of water, went under water and did not resurface. The juvenile was recovered by Country Corner Fire Department before 6:30 p.m. and was later pronounced dead.
