An outstanding warrant has been issued by the Kay County District Court for 20-year-old Ashlynn Brianne Rosborough of Ponca City.
Rosborough faces a felony count of child abuse after giving birth to a child who tested positive for THC. According to officials, Rosborough admitted to using marijuana and meth during her pregnancy, and also says she used meth during her two previous pregnancies. Court records also show that in 2018, Rosborough received a felony count for second-degree burglary, and was given three year deferred sentence in April 2019.
Her bond is currently at $2,500.
