City employees in Tonkawa will be smiling a little bigger this holiday season.
The city council has approved a holiday bonus for all city employees. The suggestion came from city manager Kirk Henderson. It was approved unanimously.
Full-time employees will receive 200 dollars, if they have been employed with the city for over a year. Those with less than a years’ time will pick up an extra 100 dollars, and part time employees will receive an extra 50 dollars.
