Officials with the Osage County Sheriff’s Office have cancelled the Silver Alert for Charley Kowena, 54.
Charley was last seen walking eastbound in the area of State Highway 20 and County Road 5451 west of Hominy just after 9 a.m. Monday. Officials report that Kowena has a traumatic brain injury that affects his short-term memory and causes confusion.
As of late Monday, Kowena had been located according to officials.
