As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to grow, the Kay County Health Department is continuing to provide curbside COVID-19 testing by appointment only. If you wish to schedule an appointment, you can call the health department in Ponca City location at (580)762-1641. The testing is free and no doctor referral is needed.
Symptoms include fever or chills, coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste and/or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
Curbside testing is for those ages 12 years and older. Parent or guardian must be present.
