Back by popular demand, Ponca City Arts and Humanities Council will again host the series of free “Music in the Garden” concerts. The performances will take place every Thursday in September at the Cann Gardens, 14th & Grand Ave., Ponca City. The concerts will all start at 6:30 pm and last about an hour. Led by Mr. Edward Dixon, the music will be provided by the students and faculty from Northern Oklahoma College’s Music Department. The weekly themes are:
September 7th-Disney Magic
September 14th-Broadway’s Greatest Hits
September 21st-Songs of the Silver Screen
September 28th-Jazz in the Garden
Don’t forget your lawn chairs and refreshments. We hope to see you in the garden!
