Late Sunday evening officers were called to a residence in Mannford.
The officers discovered the dead body of James Starkey, who had injuries consistent with homicide.
Jennifer Starkey, the deceased daughter, who had made the 911 call was taken to Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa for injuries she received prior to police involvement.
She will be booked into jail after she is released from the Hospital.
An autopsy will be performed by the Medical Examiner and a complete report will be given to the Pawnee County District Attorneys office.
