The 2 nd phase of a major “Deep Water Boating Access Project” at Lake Ponca is now underway. Phase 1 work included a sanitary sewer line, restroom facility and boat trailer parking lot for the new ramp near the Lake Ranger’s facility on the north side of West Lake Ponca. Phase 2 is work on the deep water boat ramp. The work is being done by Sober Brothers and is being paid for, in large part, with a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
