The Ponca City Public School Athletic Department would like to invite the entire community to join them on this evening, Monday, May 22, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school commons, for their community rebranding event. The Athletic Department is excited to unveil their new official logos at this event. In addition, they are also pleased to introduce the new Head Boys Basketball Coach, Keenan Curry on this night. Below are the details of the evening.
Who: The Po-Hi Athletic Department invites all Wildcat and Lady Cat fans and supporters
What:
- Unveil official new athletic logos that all athletic teams will use starting with the 2017-2018 school year
- Display architectural renderings of the new athletic facility construction/upgrades
- Introduce new Head Boys Basketball Coach Keenan Curry
- Recognize spring sport academic achievement recipients in boys tennis and boys & girls golf
- Football Booster Club will provide drinks and cookies for guests.
- Football Booster Club will give away t-shirts featuring the new logos as door prizes. Additional football t-shirts will be available for $12. Athletic Department will have cups, pens and mini footballs displaying new brand to give away
When: Monday, May 22, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Ponca City High School Commons
Why: It is a great time to be a Wildcat! This community event will give the public an opportunity to see the new brand, meet the new basketball coach, and see all the exciting things taking place with Po-Hi Athletics.
