KAY COUNTY – Kay County crews have been busy making sure county roads have gravel to keep them as drivable as possible following the amount of rain this week. District 1 has lost several culverts and high waters has made it hard to fix them. Most of the county roads have been muddy enough to where it’s almost impassable. The total average of rainfall was 9.66 inches in Kay County.
