BLACKWELL – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will open a mobile Disaster Recovery Center at the Blackwell Fairgrounds Event Center.
Recovery Specialists from FEMA, SBA and the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) will be at the Center to discuss assistance and to help anyone who needs help filing an application.
Below are the days and times the Disaster Recover Center will be open:
Thursday, July 11 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, July 13 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Monday, July 15 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuesday, July 16 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
The following information is helpful when registering.
- Address of the location where the damage occurred (pre-disaster address)
- Current mailing address
- Current telephone number
- Insurance information
- Total household annual income
- Routing and account number for checking or savings account
- A description of disaster-caused damage and losses
